    I have to say it's as toss up between...

    the CAPITAL HAMM (shaved ham, apple, muenster cheese, and maple syrup)

    and

    the spiciest version I ever made (turkey, jack cheese, peppers, onions, jalepenos 2x, hot sauce).

    The Capital Hamm is a quality savory crepe. I'm hooked on Blue cheese, walnuts, spinach, red onion.

    Has anyone tried the Hot Asiago? Its a nice addition
